- the warranty on the pillow and the official website does not match at all, the store also did not say anything, they also kept silent about the service life.;
- ascona's online store is a separate tin, there are promises to call you back, and we will send you information on Viber, but in fact - no one does anything.;
- if you want to use bonuses or discounts, you will have to persistently ask for them yourself, the managers will not tell you anything about it);
- the delivery may simply not be delivered to the physical store, it will simply be postponed, but you will not be informed.;
- the only thing they can say in the store is "it's not us, it's an online store.";
- and for the sweet, the photo of the product that you pick up from the OFFICIAL STORE, damn, even the WB comes better, you don't even know if it's a refusenik (yes, they'll calmly sell you a refusenik pillow that someone slept on for 14 days) or an accident in a warehouse.
It's sad that apparently the store is not ashamed of this at all, and the cost is ~ 200r with supposedly huge discounts. 🥲

The pillow was picked up for 10 out of 10, I sleep for six months, not a single complaint about the quality either from me or from my relatives, who also bought pillows. I'll come for the mattress soon :)

The store chain is really not bad and the choice seems to be good, but the quality of the goods wants the best, especially metal beds, Back in December we ordered a bed with a mattress (160/200)Everything arrived on time, the bed itself is very suitable both in design and size.We decided to buy another one, but it was already 140/200, for the child, but it wasn't there, they brought it, assembled it, honestly, I was stupefied by the assembly, not only did the lamellae not fall into place, but there were also scratches (the bed was black-very visible) the collector said that it was necessary, the mattress would settle down and everything will be fine .In general, we made a refund for a new one, we waited about 25 days, the same one arrived, not in good condition, we decided that it was not ordered again, the same thing, the delivery guys themselves are already laughing that anything is coming.I had the same bad luck 4 times .I asked the store what kind of nonsense this was, so they offered me a pillow of about 100 rubles as moral compensation, and asked for a refund for the bed, since it's not clear what they've been carrying for 4 months.,
