It was delivered 3 weeks later because there was a factory defect. it is impossible to assemble without third-party drilling, since the screwdrivers do not match or, as suggested, the metal is poorly clamped. They communicate culturally, but they don't know what to do in a non-standard situation, they listen in silence and make excuses without offering anything. As a result, they tell me to contact them in the near future, and the buyer has to sit and wait for them to offer him variations. They offered no apologies or compensation, saying to wait for the goods to return to the warehouse. Now, as a matter of urgency, I have to find a place to sleep and contact the consumer protection union.
