I bought a bed with a mattress. After the paid assembly of Ascona, the assemblers hurriedly left. Immediately after leaving, I found a defect on the underside of the mattress in the form of a hook (the mattress is double-sided). On the same day (11/29/2025), I filed a claim, since the product is brand new and it's a shame to take it with a defect, albeit a small one. According to their terms, the claim is considered for 10 days. After the deadline, I called the claims department, they said they were considering it. After two weeks of waiting, I called again, and they promised to call me back with an answer. It's 02/06/2026 and it's quiet. So don't be fooled by the type of warranty, let alone an extended one, where you will be forced to pay for the assembly and buy a mattress pad at an inflated price. In addition, the claims department simply ignores calls like all operators are busy. Although they may be busy, there are probably a lot of complaints
