Вчера муж привез наш новый матрас GW Prestige от производителя Аскона. Выбирали мы его вместе в салоне в ТРЦ "Галерея". Нашли уже нужную сумму и купили. Не хотели влезать в кредит, хотя такая возможность была. Что скажу о матрасе. Вариант раскрыть и посмотреть что там внутри, конечно же нет чисто технически. Пороть новую обивку я конечно же не стану. Но судя по тому что нам показывал на картинке менеджер в магазине, то внутри ортопедическая пена, потом пружины в индивидуальной "упаковке", что дает дополнительную надежность. Матрас односторонний с премиальным трикотажем. По бокам дополнительное усиление из пены. Верх трикотажный, мягкий, с антибактериальной пропиткой. Матрас не воняет. В самом начале присутствовал легкий запах, как от новой вещи. И по большому счету еще неизвестно что больше пахло, полиэтилен в котором матрас был упакован, либо сам матрас. В любом случае оставлять его проветривать мы не стали, а сразу же поставили на место старого. Мы заказывали свой размер, немного нестандартный и нас производитель не подвел. Я боялась, если честно что спать первое время будет неудобно. Нас пугали что ортопедические матрасы очень неудобные. Но ничего подобного. Я теперь точно могу сказать о нашем престиже, что это самый удобный матрас за последние лет 10. Ортопедический взяли потому что проблемы со спиной что у меня, что у мужа, муж программист, я бухгалтер, поэтому спине ночью был просто необходим нормальный отдых. Плюс в сторону данной модели чаша весов склонилась еще из-за того, что у него нагрузка свыше 140 кг. Я то вешу всего ничего, а вот мужу с его 100 килограммами, что сложно, что либо подобрать. На этом матрасе он стал заметно реже просыпаться. Я сплю тоже хорошо. Варианта зима-лето в нашей модели нет, но для нас это не было прерогативой. Поэтому на этом показателе решили сэкономить. Гарантию дали на 30 лет. Но судя по всему прослужит он нам гораздо дольше, вернее я на это очень рассчитываю. Пока всем довольны и спасибо производителю Аскона на отличный матрас, а так же нашему личному консультанту Адриану))) Всем рекомендую!)

Очень классный салон, квалифицированные менеджеры. Подобрали и матрас с кроватью и подушки!) Рекомендую!!! Есть детские подушки и матрасики. Большой плюс, что находятся в центре города и очень удобно добираться))) Найти тоже просто на 3 этаже возле панорамных окон открытая выставка и рядом вход в сам салон))) от покупок только положительные эмоции))))

Покупала в Асконе анатомическую подушку, давно слышала отзывы о таких, решила попробовать. Это действительно стоящая вещь! Заметила разницу между ней и обычной подушкой моментально. Раньше ночью часто просыпалась из-за того, что шея затекала. На этой подушке в сон сразу проваливаюсь и утром просыпаюсь свежая, с ясной головой!

Хороший салон. Сначала позвонили и указали параметры матраса, а когда приехали, нас сразу уложили в кровать на некоторое время. Помимо матраса, приобрели 2 подушки, наматрасник и основание кровати. Парень продавец-консультант все доходчиво объяснил, рассказал много интересного по продукции, находящейся в салоне. Позже приедем туда вновь))))

Купили раскладной диван. Обещали отличное качество и удобство. Он то удобный, но почти сразу стал скрипеть как старая бабушкина кровать. После 9 месяцев использования начало стираться покрытие дивана (на фото не очень хорошо видно, но если присмотреться, можно даже увидеть изменение цвета). В итоге за такую цену (около 6000 б.р на минуточку) ожидал качества получше.

Преобрел матрас Megatrend Hard с пятилетней гарантией с нагрузкой более 140 кг на односпальное место14 месяцев назад в салоне на пр-те Независимости в ТЦ "Корона". Через два месяца в матрасе образовался провал. Согласно инструкции, каждые три месяца, переворачивал, но каждый раз через какое-то время провал повторялся. Ортопедическое основание в норме. Обратился к продавцу, отослал требуемые фото, и тишина. Пока сам не позвонишь - ни чего. Обратился к дилеру-ответ-вы не у нас преобретали товар, мы здесь не причем. Сделали отписку, якобы ваш провал допускается техрегламентом ТС, причем вывод был сделан на основании тех фото, что сбрасывал я сам. Хорошая экспертиза, что тут сказать, а то что страдает спина, не высыпаешься, никого не волнует. При выборе матраса руководствовался тем, что компания - крупнейший и лучший производитель матрасов в СНГ, по-крайней мере так позицируется. Буду дальше пытаться найти выход из ситуации, нет-пойду в суд.

Посетил 2 недели назад магазин Аскона в торговом центре галерея ,не планировал делать никакие покупки Но пообщавшись с менеджером узнал что всю жизнь спал на неправильной подушке и возможно из-за этого у меня мучили головные боли. Тезисно по проблеме: - качество сборки и исполнение 2ку (Сплошная головная боль: доставка, сборка просто ад) - работа по гарантии вообще отсутствует (продолжаем разбираться) Не связывайтесь.

I have never seen such a disgusting and indifferent attitude towards a client anywhere, given that the goods from this seller are not cheap at all. 12/13/2023 I decided to order a sofa in Ascona. after contacting the manager in telegram, I received the following information: "at the moment, this sofa model is not available in Belarus, but there are 2 sofas in stock in the Russian Federation, in two colors, the period of movement to us and delivery to me is 2.5 weeks (Ascona themselves indicated the period that I need to wait), such a period I was satisfied, on the same day I made an advance payment of 40% of the cost - 750 BEL. rub. And then... silence. The deadline was approaching +- by the New Year, I understand that there will be a weekend in Russia, perhaps my order will be delayed, but I was counting on at least notifying me about it. On 12/30/2023, I write to Ascona myself, specifying at what stage my order is received in response: "Unfortunately, due to very heavy workload, your sofa has not arrived. Now I will write a letter to the production to clarify the timing of its receipt and contact you." Why in production, if I did not order a sofa to order, but ordered a ready-made one, a question arose. But I decided to wait. They did not return to me with feedback - a complete lack of interest on the part of the seller. I write to them on 12/31/2023 whether they have clarified what is wrong with the sofa, to which I receive the answer "Good afternoon. Approximately, the sofa will be delivered on January 14, possibly earlier. As soon as it is in our warehouse, we will contact you." And we will contact you again :) But no! The situation is starting to strain me specifically, because the agreed deadlines are specifically delayed, I need a sofa, but there is none. I am writing to Ascona on 09.01.2024 to clarify at what stage my order is now, and what? As usual! : "I will clarify the information and get back to you with an answer." Needless to say, no one came back to me with an answer? 10.01.2024 my patience broke down, and my husband turned to Ascona. We called there, we were told that our order was being seen, but it takes time to clarify the information (again). An hour later, a girl from the call center calls us and says that at the stage of my order on 12/13/2023, I was mistakenly informed that there were 2 ready-made sofas in stock in the Russian Federation, in fact there was only one, and another buyer ordered it (i.e., in fact, there was no sofa). No one informed me about the mistake (why?), and they put my order into production (sofa production in 35 working days), without even asking me if I was ready to wait that long. At the same time, I have not received a single notification of a change in the delivery time and not a single apology for the delay!!! (apparently, neither the first nor the second was considered necessary). The promised delivery date of 14.01.2024, apparently, was also taken out of my head, because the call center operator said that it was unlikely to arrive at their warehouse in January at all. They were ready to offer us a discount on the order) it was agreed upon-we were waiting for an answer. What is most interesting, my order was in the amount of 1,873 bel. rus., on 10.01.2024 the sofa already cost 1,769 BYN on the Ascona website. The discount was offered 5% :))) i.e. the amount would be 1,779.35 (more expensive than on the site at the moment!!). It's a disgrace! It was decided to return the prepayment and forget about Ascona as a nightmare! On the same day, picking up her prepayment in one of the shops in Minsk, the girl gave me 75 white rubles instead of 750 white rubles. I was shocked to ask why 75 bel.rub.? The girl replied, "oh, 750 bel. rub.", a little did not notice the "0" in the amount. To say that we are shocked is to say nothing! As a result, a lost month, a lot of lies at every step, wasted time and nerves! Apparently, everything is designed for fools. I hope my review will help you in CHOOSING this store! I really regret that I contacted this store without having studied the reviews initially, now I read similar situations from customers. Disgusting attitude towards the customer, customer orientation - 0 out of 10. If it were possible, I would not put a single star! and I am very glad that I did not buy a sofa from this store after all!
