The order was placed, my mother was very doubtful, but the seller assured that within 14 days it could be exchanged or returned (of course, the word return reassured my mother that you would just pay the courier and he would take it away himself). The mattress was made, but the size chart was in their table, this is not an individual order. They arrived on August 7, my mother slept for 2 nights and complained a lot of pain in her back and neck. And I returned my old ancient mattress on which I slept. We decided to return this new one, because the sensations in the store and at home are completely different. The claim has been filed, but of course no one is in a hurry to return the money, the conclusion is only an exchange for another mattress. As it turns out, buy it, and then do whatever you want with it. If you want to give Ascona your money, then you are welcome here.
