I recommend that you think about it several times before contacting this company in Uzbekistan. I bought furniture for a total of about 35 million sums: a Ralf 3x modular sofa with a settee, a Regina bed and a Regina bedside table.Of the three items, only the bedside table for 2 million soums arrived safely. The bed is broken, only 2 of the 3 parts came from the sofa, and the armrests are probably from another sofa. The sales department blamed the logistics department, which is extremely unprofessional, instead of apologizing. To get information, to call technicians to inspect the furniture, I had to contact everyone myself and remind them of myself. Every time the staff feeds me, "they will contact you," and every time I call myself, they send me to the director for questions about where I can contact, and I also had to remind him that I need to invite specialists to inspect the furniture and fix that the wrong pieces of furniture have arrived. I highly recommend not contacting this company, at least in Uzbekistan, because the staff, who are called directors, managers or managers, do not have enough professionalism and qualifications to at least inform the buyer and sort out the next steps to solve the problem. At first they promise a replacement, then they say that I need to write claims. I have already written 3 complaints, it is not yet known when the bureaucracy with claims will end, but I hope my feedback will be useful and users will think a few times before spoiling their mood and wasting a lot of money on products of this brand.
