I used to be quite satisfied with the service of this company, but recently its quality has noticeably decreased. The first problem is as follows: one of the communication channels with the insurance company is a chat in Viber. Recently, when I tried to contact this chat with questions, I did not receive any response for days until I called directly. The second problem is probably related to the lack of staff, because to get through you have to call several times and wait for 15 minutes. I don't know what has changed in the last six months, but there have never been such problems before, so for old times' sake, three stars.
