What can I say, customer orientation is simply "on top". I wanted to get a hard hat from them, so I decided to go in and find out the conditions, since I live nearby. Firstly, in an empty office, the employee barely deigned to look at me, And secondly, when asked to calculate the cost, she said that some kind of program was not working for them, no suggestion to come back later, nothing. And it was all said in a very dismissive tone. Yeah.
