I came to the ASP Club from the very beginning of the season this year, and I didn 't go anywhere else during the whole summer ) only there and only there 😍The atmosphere is simply amazing – the sea, a clean beach, lots of entertainment for any age. Karting was especially impressive – everything is organized at a high level, safe and interesting. The territory is well maintained, the staff is friendly and attentive. A great place to spend time with family or friends. Definitely only there. As for the Festivals, they are organized at a high level: great stage, sound, light and guest stars. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail, the atmosphere is bright and memorable.

I was at the Rock festival Femilifest. The festival itself is gorgeous. But ASP arena is extremely unhappy with them, the prices are horse-drawn, the organization of camping is terrible for 4 days in the blazing sun in microscopic tents, although the money for camping was normal, and they provided the smallest of all possible tents and two liters of water per day, and that's it. At least they put up tents from the sun. Prices were increased three to four times for everything. They were just brewing in one word. If you want to visit, keep in mind that a good amount will be charged. As an example, water go-karting in 20 minutes starts at $40. A set lunch in the dining room is simple, the first, second, salad and pastries from $ 13. A 0.5 bottle of water is about 1.5$, ramen per foot court is 8$. Etc.

We stayed at the ASP Club from August 4th to 5th. Since it was weekdays, a room for 4 people cost us 70,000 tenge (from 14:00 check-in until 12:00 the next day). Breakfast was included in the price. Accommodation: The room is small, with two single beds and one double. There is a shower, toilet, air conditioning, kettle. Shampoo, toothbrushes and toothpaste are also provided. There is no hair dryer, as well as a place to dry wet clothes, which is inconvenient after the beach or pool. Territory and beach: Unfortunately, in August, the water level in Kapchagai turned out to be very low – it was impossible to swim: it was shallow, there was a lot of mud that no one cleans up. According to the staff, this often happens this month. Plus, there are no umbrellas on the beach. I am attaching a photo. The alternative is a swimming pool, but it's paid. Despite the fact that we rented a room, the discounted entrance cost 17,500 tenge for four people. This is an unpleasant moment, considering that the beach is unsuitable for swimming. Entertainments: There are not many of them: go-karts, water sports, PlayStation zone – all for an additional fee. Food: I liked the Kamysh restaurant – everything is delicious, but be prepared for the fact that one meal for 4 people will cost at least 25,000 tenge. Cleaning: Unfortunately, when I checked out, I found dirt behind the beds (photo attached). I informed the reception and asked for free admission to the pool as compensation, but was refused (I also attach the answer). The sediment remained. Bottom line: The place is not bad, but taking into account all the additional fees for the pool and entertainment, as well as the disadvantages of cleaning and the beach, I think the price is very high. The service can and should be improved.

The festival was a great success. But there are a lot of complaints about ASP itself. I hope everything will change every year. The most important thing is that there is nowhere to swim except an expensive pool. There is, of course, a cold shower with Kapchagai water. But there is no Kapchagai itself - it is impossible to swim there, as the ankle-deep dirty, smelly water, sometimes just algae.

A great place to relax! Drifting is especially impressive. You can watch it for free when athletes are training. And the rest is all for an additional fee, it's amazing that the pool is not included in the room rate, and the rooms are not cheap 4-bed 80k. We stopped by for a day and will have to pay for the pool on the day of arrival and the next day, although there is a 50% discount for residents. The place is atmospheric, there are no such places on kapchagai.
