Hello.We came for the birthday of a 12-year-old child.I liked the climbing wall the most.The staff is very polite, especially the climbing instructor would be noted.I didn't specify his name.He is a very pleasant person and it is clear that he is a professional.There is excellent insurance at the climbing wall.They even give you shoes.And there are few queues at the climbing wall.We usually go to different parks every year, but on the trail.We want to come to you again for a year.I really liked it)

When I was with an older child, he jumped on the baby, of course it wasn't fair.... if there was an employee, the trouble could have been avoided.... it is necessary that parents are always there and look after the children themselves. You can't leave it there.

We were on Momyshul. Awful. It's dirty. Everyone is running around with popcorn everywhere. Children are fighting, admins are not watching the situation! It keeps a lot on tape. Coca Cola was spilled in puddles on the floor near the game rooms. For that kind of money, you can go to a cleaner place!

Panda Park is allowed from 130 cm. My daughter dreamed of getting into it, but the height was 125 and they didn't let her in.

We celebrated a child's birthday here. The order was made earlier than a week in advance. Because the children are no longer small, I refused the packages of others, paid for the entrance tickets according to the price list, as the staff calls it. The menu was minimal, fries, cheese sticks, nuggets, pizza, samsa. There are no complaints about the kitchen. The cake, by the way, oreo, is sooooo delicious!!!! BUT: we came, I asked to bring bracelets to the children, to the game room, the waiter went for the banquet manager, the manager came up and said that I did not order a birthday package, but according to the price list, so I have to go to the cashier myself, pay and take the bracelets... it's not difficult for me, but if you can count, it's just that entrance tickets are more expensive and more profitable for you than packages, and do you even know the concept of service??? I was with the youngest child, who just does not stand and does not sit still, went with him to the checkout, took bracelets. Cake... I asked, when I ordered the dr, to take it out at 17 o'clock. Did she specify whether it will be taken out to us at 17? I asked you to register this moment... tk planned to finish the event at 19 o'clock, at home I still have twins with a babysitter, little ones. I was told that our doctor is on Sunday, our order is only the second, everything will be on time... no one came up and said that we would be delayed taking out the cake, I ran around and found out myself, because a photographer was also ordered, who was also interested in when the Cake would be... As a result, the Cake was taken out at 18-05, it just wasn't ready before, all the other guests had already taken out the Cake and then to us. Slot machines took money from the card, but they did not start, then I learned from the children ((( of course, the children did not look for the operator. It's dirty in the pool with balloons (( I pulled out slippers and the remains of someone's toy. The occupancy rate of the center is much higher than the capacity, which is not safe, and safety should come first. By the way, the payment system.... go pay for tickets, the bill through the waiter, and the photographer to the photographer 🤣 guys, all in one check, and then divide as you want, you are all in one place, you provide services from one organization!!!
