25.06.2025 We visited this store, wanted to buy a wheelchair, and were extremely disappointed. The atmosphere is at zero: The staff is rude, they answer questions with irritation, and it feels like you're bothering them. You can't look at or touch toys — even just looking at the product closer causes employee dissatisfaction. The assortment is solid consumer goods. The toys look like the cheapest China from the basement, but the prices are inflated tenfold. Separately, I would like to note the behavior of the sales girl, who, instead of helping with the choice of a car, simply said: "Put it back and don't touch it." Such an attitude towards customers is unacceptable. I do not recommend this store to anyone. Waste of time and nerves. At least teach your salespeople how to say hello.

Hello, I've been to this store more than once and each time I left with negative feelings. Consultants do not allow you to view the product properly. I especially disliked the behavior of the girl who spoke rudely and disrespectfully. I believe that if you don't know how to work with people, then you shouldn't get a job like this!
