The food is delicious. The portions are large, as in the corporate canteens of large state-owned companies. The interior and music are good and modern. The waiters are attentive and fast. That's all of the positive stuff.
The prices on the menu are high, as in Moscow, apparently to cut off unwanted below-average audience. At the same time, it is smoked so that you hang an axe, worse than in a basement hookah bar, it is impossible to taste the food.
For dessert, I asked for a small teaspoon several times. First they gave me a large spoon, then a fork. It's a bit strange for an institution of the declared level.

I was not impressed, although the reviews were high. The food is delicious, but the service is... no. The soy sauce is clearly diluted. The waiter is not friendly and even arrogant.
They forgot about the soup, but we waited for it for 20 minutes :(

The experienced staff knows how to suggest interesting dishes (convenient if it's the first time there). A rich selection of wines and spirits (from budget and expensive). Nice music. The receipt is quite high, but the quality is worth it. For two, with good alcohol, an average of 1.2-1.5 million soums.

I always visit the Assorted restaurant upon arrival in Tashkent. Previously, it was difficult to get here without an appointment, now I was surprised by an almost empty hall, maybe because the Cheese Factory of the restaurateur Novikov opened nearby. It's still cozy and atmospheric here. A good menu, Uzbek, European, Japanese, Korean cuisine. I ordered mushroom soup puree, a portion of 300 gr in a serving with crackers, there was not enough flavor of porcini mushrooms. We took only cookies and drinks, so I can't say anything about the taste of all the dishes from the impressive menu. But cooksey was incomparable. And we have tried it in different establishments and cities and we often cook it ourselves. The waiter was very helpful and even told us some of the subtleties of cooking. We really liked the tarragon/rosemary lemonade and not so much mango/passion fruit. The prices didn't shock me, although maybe there was just nothing to compare it with.

I didn't like the restaurant. We had to look for waiters, as there was no one from the staff in the hall. The prices are unreasonably high, they unfairly charge 20% for the service. Clearly not the level of the restaurant. Cooksey didn't like it at all, the noodles are not the first freshness, muri is also so-so. Some waiters are very inattentive, behave ugly, go around clapping their hands. The atmosphere in the restaurant itself is also not conducive to comfort and sincerity. It's not worth the money spent.

The second one is for fans of pan Asian sushi or sashimi cuisine... The seafood is apparently processed using proprietary technology and without a characteristic aftertaste as befits frozen seafood... From the national kitchen, like norms, only dolma is sour, but everyone has their own, the interior is no longer the same, but when you have no time to look at it with a pleasant company... In general, the staff may not meet you at the entrance... Parking is also paid... Somehow I had to look for a parking attendant to pay, or they might shout after me about the payment, which no doubt can cause discomfort for some of you) .. The leadership has changed and apparently many have left with the previous leadership. .. in general, everyone has their own experience... I shared my observations..
