There were no questions about the hardware, but we are not professionals to understand, it is a bit inconvenient to search for songs, but they have their own application that simplifies the search. I wanted to celebrate my mom's birthday here
I was here before, about 2 years ago, and everything was very cool.
But the holiday was ruined from the very beginning!!!
1. The money for the deposit was demanded immediately at the entrance
2. What was ordered in advance was not set on the table!
3. They didn't give you a vase for flowers.
4. They didn't want to give the menu to all the guests, they said they were limited
5. The microphone did not work, it was repaired for 20-30 minutes
6. The cocktails were all very watered down
The bartender never came when asked.
7. The dishes did not match the description on the menu. The shrimps were on the pita bread, and the menu indicated that there should be salad and greens, but there were none at all!!!!
8. The waitress is the only one in the whole establishment and comes once an hour.
9. The administrator, who only raises the fee at the entrance... he doesn't care at all
10. The control panel jams, everything is pressed 10 times
11. The evening, the mood, the holiday were ruined!
As well as just wasted money and time.

The place is just for singing. The equipment was good, everything worked stably, they were trained quickly and there were no problems.
But as for food and drinks, it's a complete failure. The menu is sparse, there is nothing to choose from. I advise you to order something that definitely cannot be spoiled (spoiler alert, unfortunately, it's only potatoes). According to cocktails: one is water and too sweet syrup, the second is a solid bitter schweppes. I had to wash one down with the other
Bottom line: you can either come here in good condition and only sing, or come before 18:00 with your own food and drinks.

It was my favorite place, right up until we ran into a problem.
We had a rest in the VIP room, the search for songs is carried out by remote control. Initially, there was no clear instruction on how to use the remote control, only the main buttons were shown. However, when we couldn't find the right song, we called the staff several times (a new sound engineer, Sofia, came up), learned how to use the remote control with us and solved the problem by rebooting the system. This happened most of the time we were in the room, we sang about 8 songs in total and spent most of the time trying to resolve the issue with the administrator. Unfortunately, Ilya did not apologize for the situation, he only offered to extend the reservation for 1 hour, but after such an attitude, alas, there was no desire to stay there.
This situation has radically changed the attitude towards the institution and we definitely will not return there again.
I kindly ask you to provide high-quality training to new staff and establish the service and customer orientation of the institution.

A great place for holidays and just for a good rest. I celebrated my birthday in room 5 with a large company. My guests and I were satisfied. The room is spacious and cozy, with a modern interior, good acoustics and sound insulation. The staff is polite and friendly, delicious cuisine, excellent service. Special thanks to the host Dmitry for a wonderful evening and a great mood, as well as to the administrator Yulia for her help in organizing the holiday. Thanks to the whole AST club team. Finally, change the hookah master, or let him take some courses, I do not know. Because it's hard to call what he did a hookah. There's some kind of trouble with the service, too. Only 4 tables were occupied in the common room at the time of our presence there. Maybe you don't have enough waiters. It was trite that there weren't enough napkins on the table, so I had to take them from the next one. They approached us reluctantly and very rarely, it was difficult to catch a passing waiter. The salad didn't feel quite fresh. The strudel is dry and cold, either apple or cherry. In general, there are also questions about the kitchen.

We celebrated a birthday, when pre-ordering the Vip room, the dishes were not brought immediately, everything was served with us, and we had to carry the empty plates ourselves. The staff call button was mentioned only at the end of the event, and they waited 20 minutes by pressing it) Nobody checked the microphones before using them and they were also repaired with us. They refused to bring more than 1 additional menu, arguing that there is a limit. The limit of what, laminated cardboard or good service for that kind of money?)
The holiday was absolutely ruined by the terrible work of the staff and equipment, they left earlier, thank God no one tried to calculate (as in other reviews) :)

We were in the room, a DJ came in, gave us the remotes, they say, you'll figure it out for yourself, left and never came back. In addition, there are only two microphones, although the room is designed for 6 people, for sure. By the way, they asked at least to turn on the air conditioner, because it's terribly stuffy in the room, but alas.
Cocktails, it feels like, do not have alcohol at all, maybe only a couple of types (almost everything was tried in the company). The effect of drinking is also 0. But the waiters and the administrator are staggering with fumes. And yes, the most admired thing on the part of the staff is to prove that something was not ordered when it was ordered.
Food, or rather, "pancakes with fillings" is a complete failure, to put it mildly. The fillings seem to be inside, but they were in separate bowls, the pancakes are generally undercooked, you try to take them on your plate, but they just fall apart. The cheese plate was not bad.
The price tag, in my opinion, is too high. Especially with such service.
And they wanted to cheat on money) Why count it normally when you can just wave your hand in front of the banknotes lying on the table? She picked it up and counted it, as a result, we already put 30 rubles more, but they said that 50 + rubles were allegedly missing.

Of the advantages - the rooms are tidy, the technical staff is pleasant and responsive, the waiters are also nice. Everything is quite atmospheric, starting from the hall and ending with the rooms. In general, I enjoy visiting this institution.
There are disadvantages :
1) I do not think that the security guard - cloakroom attendant is an administrator (if there is another admin at the counter) this is a good idea, such employees usually conduct face control on the street and that's all their powers. It was extremely uncomfortable that you were already in the building putting things in the wardrobe, and at the same time showing your passport, and a bag, and then you were taken to your "cell" without a smile in absolute silence.
As a security guard, he copes with his job, but interacting with guests is not his job and it shows.
2) Perhaps it is not comfortable when the waiter does not come on request. At the very beginning, yes, then - I don't know, a twofold feeling. It's not a restaurant after all
3) Food prices are like in a restaurant, and the level of cooking is like in a dining room. About the chicken wings in the set I will say directly separately - the look and smell like boiled chicken from the dining room.
4) The three of us went and gave 2 microphones, we went in the 10th and also gave two microphones.
5) Promotions. There was an action take 2 hours and get 3 hours as a gift. If they hadn't said it themselves on the day of the visit, they would have sung 2, then they would have seen the action and were upset. I think this approach is not customer-oriented.
As a result, we can say that the place copes well with its function as a karaoke place, the rooms are really pleasant, comfortable and cozy. More is expected from the kitchen from the price level of food.
