It was today (07/17/2023). It's terrible: three windows of cash registers and 2 employees who are constantly walking about their business. The service is extremely reluctant and slow. The accounting of tickets sold is still carried out in paper form! It also takes a lot of time. There are no conditions for passengers: there is nowhere to sit down, the stuffiness is terrible.
