A very run-down hotel. There is a strong smell of sewage in the room. It is not possible to open the windows, as the room overlooks a busy highway and is very noisy. The furniture is old, the lighting is very boring. There are problems with television, it is constantly turned off. You have to go to a nearby cafe for breakfast. I really do not recommend this hotel. I moved out without waiting for the end of the paid period of stay.

Considering the price tag, the conditions are acceptable.
Slightly worn furniture.
The air conditioner did not work, there were problems with TV remotes too, the TV itself had a small diagonal.
The location is not bad, but a little far from the main tourist locations of the city.
Of the advantages:
Spacious room,
A huge bed
High ceilings
Large bathroom with bidet, hygiene products available (soap, shampoo, toothpaste and brushes)
Disposable slippers.
It's clean enough, but the linen is not snow-white.
The breakfasts are standard, without a choice, but delicious and hearty, served at the nearby Fort Verniy restaurant.
A small investment in the renewal of the room stock and marketing will not be superfluous

I put a plus for the location. This is the center of the city. The second plus I will give to the staff, they are trying. And the air conditioner . It worked well. That's all the advantages. The room was so smoky that I wanted to run away right away. There are dirty spots on the wallpaper. Cigarette ash holes on curtains, on mattresses, on bedspreads, on the carpet. Tulle is fine with holes, but it is very dirty. In the room, the sofa, with the upholstery completely wiped off, is covered with a terrible blanket on top, which constantly slides down and exposes this terrible sofa. Bed:we converted 2 beds into one, but with two mattresses that slide on plywood and constantly move apart, forming a hole in the middle. The mattresses were probably brought from the trash, they are all stained, holes and it is impossible to sleep on them. We also saved money on linen. Two spreading mattresses were covered with a tiny sheet that barely reaches the borders of the bed. During sleep, with any movement, you inevitably end up on a smelly mattress.I strongly do not recommend this hotel. I suffered for 2 nights and ran away.

I do not recommend this place; the price per day is high, the room is dirty, the mattresses are in terrible condition, there are cockroaches 🪳 WiFi does not catch in the room, and if it does, it does not load at all (it was important for us to work), we had to buy SIM cards with good Internet; there are also problems with air conditioning; the room was on the sunny side, it was very hot, the air conditioner was turned on at 16 degrees (minimum temperature), but the air was warm; but the breakfast is good because it is in a nearby restaurant 😇

It's high time to switch to electronic keys. The room is huge, but why all this space? Irrational. A suite room. There is nowhere to hang outerwear (and clothes in general). There are only hooks in the bathroom. The curtains are not deaf, the light and noise of the avenue make their way at night. There are no means to care for clothes and shoes (even the horn is missing). Of the hygiene products, only a toothbrush is worthy of attention. There is no desktop, no place to work. There is no phone, if you have any questions, you will have to walk to the party.
The room is clean. Four towels and one bathrobe (the room is served for two). The room is clean, as well as in the hotel as a whole. White sheets. The bed is comfortable, the mattress is not crushed.
