A good hotel, although very decent in price. Spacious rooms, a working refrigerator, a quiet place, good sound insulation, had a good rest after the train and then walking around the city. There were problems with ventilation of the exhaust, there was no toilet paper and they carried it for a long time, and a meager breakfast, and a strong feeling of old age of repair, falling off sockets, hangers pulled out of the wall. It turned out to be strangely unfriendly...

At a minimum, a hotel with that name should match the level.. But. There is a lot to find fault with. Probably the main problem is that it is departmental. This means that profit and customers are not the most important thing in their business. Therefore, minus for repairs, minus for equipment.

A good hotel, clean, but working but officials,, the hotel is so for officials. The restaurant was not working, clean, tidy. Room 301 has a good panorama, but the noise insulation leaves much to be desired, the tractor drove, the snow was cleaned. In comparison with Kokshetau Dostyk, this is 5 stars. There is a park nearby, probably super in summer
