Once again, I want to share my opinion about the work of Astana Best Hostel. I am glad that I am here, and I can say that I am resting in this institution called Astana Best Hostel. A pleasant time of rest, attentive staff, and most importantly — in the center of our capital, in Astana! Clean linen, cleaned, ironed, a change of bed, cleanliness and order, what else is needed for Us. Free WiFi, convenient location, seat reservations, and the most important thing is the price! Per month: 50,000rubles, per day: 5,000rubles. There are VIP rooms (respectively, a different price, but acceptable, which is also quite important). And in general, everything is very "cool". The hostel is wonderful, it is clean and has everything you need. The 6-bed room has wide comfortable 2-tier beds, a clean decent bathroom. The hostel is quiet and peaceful, there is a shared kitchen and a place to eat. And all this for a very low price. I highly recommend it.

I booked a room for two, i.e. VIP. from November 22 to 26 and paid immediately for five days, then on November 26 I paid for another day, then on November 27 I paid for 28.28.30, but I had to leave on the 28th.On the risp, the girl was warned in advance, i.e. in the evening, 27, but she told me to come back in the morning on 28. I did so.They announced to me that their database allegedly shows not 63,000, but only 56,000, and they will return the money to me only in two days.Since I was in a desperate situation, I had to take a refund only two days in advance, although I provided checks for which the payment is 63,000.I would never advise anyone to stay there.At first, everyone is polite, and then they take advantage of the moment to do this

We arrived early in the morning, and check-in only at 14.00. We agreed to check-in at 8.00 without extra charge, the room is good, close to the sights. Next time we will check into this hostel :)

It is more comfortable than many hostels, but builders who stink and drink wildly can settle in, and they will not be kicked out, because they have priority, because of their number, because they clog the hostel and bring a lot of money. So if you're unlucky, you're going to hate this place. But there is a room with storage cameras under video surveillance.
