Weak material and technical equipment of the university, weak teaching staff, academic buildings require major repairs, the cost of training is overstated and does not correspond to the quality of training. The Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan should pay attention to the suspension of the license, up to complete deprivation.
