This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a clinic. I booked my appointment 5–6 days in advance, yet I was only informed at almost 10 PM the night before that it was cancelled. Calling a patient this late is completely unacceptable and extremely disrespectful. What is even more shocking is the total lack of responsibility from the clinic. You had several days to inform me, yet you chose to wait until the last moment. This shows zero professionalism and no respect for your patients’ time or well-being. The explanation kept changing — first I was told the doctor is going on vacation, then later that my insurance is not accepted. This kind of inconsistency is not just confusing, it is unacceptable. I was offered another doctor who is not even a specialist, without clear details or confirmed timing. When I asked for specific information, the staff from reception could not provide any answers. My questions were ignored, and the communication was extremely poor. On top of that, when I requested contact details for a supervisor or manager, I was told I would receive them — but I never did. This kind of behavior is highly unprofessional. Honestly, what kind of service is this? There is clearly no sense of responsibility, no proper time management, and no accountability. I would strongly not recommend this clinic to anyone.

It was quite cheap and high-quality, I went to have my teeth removed. But there are a lot of people, mostly all visitors. Not luxury, but the price and quality are good
