I signed up for TO-1 by phone in advance at 14:00 hours. I arrived 10 minutes earlier. I went into the hall, no one even asked what I came for (that is, the managers don't give a shit about you), I went up to the service manager, he's sitting on the phone watching a tick-tok, I don't have anything to do.
I tell him that I signed up for the service, to which I replied that the manager who takes the car to the service went out somewhere and will not return soon.
As a result, I waited for this manager for an hour. I stopped by at 15:00.
There is no concept of a buffet or an island where coffee, tea, croissant, sandwich are sold inside the salon.
The waiting area seems to be there, but it is functionally inconvenient. That is, they put sofas in the left corner. There is no 220V outlet. Or, for example, they put unhappy Ikea tables and chairs, but there is no charging for phones or a 220V network. How will customers charge their phones?
Other salons have all these amenities.

So also the certificate for THAT with a discount of 5000 TENGE, which was issued when buying a car, is not possible to use. I really, really didn't like being fooled even in small things. It's better to take a car with your hands, it's not so insulting.
