But the impression was spoiled by the fact that when we brought the car for sale, we were given one price, after an hour's inspection of the car another, and then generally sending all the data to the head office, they gave the price an order of magnitude lower than the market value. Although it was clear that after buying our car, they would still sell it on the market. Therefore, we refused and were able to sell at the market price. That's their huge disadvantage. And if you don't sell your car there, then you can basically buy a car there. They will check everything for you there and tell you by car what is wrong.

Very low level of service during maintenance. Pre-registration does not play any role. You'll still be served when it's convenient for them, not when it's scheduled. I had to come four times for 200 km. I'll sign up, I'll come, and they: oh, it won't work today.
Yesterday we did IT from nine in the morning to eight in the evening. THAT is planned, routine, no work beyond the scope of the regulations, no breakdowns. And at the same time 11 hours!!!!! The manager is not answering the phone. He says he doesn't have time to answer the phone.
The masters recommended replacing the front brake pads. At the same time, the pads are new, they were replaced on the previous one. I sent the certificate of completed work with this replacement to the manager. There is no reaction. In this case, how can you trust the recommendations of the Aster masters about replacing other spare parts?
Before THAT, I asked the manager to replace the bulb in the headlight. They haven't been replaced. Apparently, eleven hours was not enough for this...
I told the Aster customer service that I refuse to be serviced by them, but insist on maintaining the warranty, since I will be serviced in another, good service. In response: we will discuss it with the management and call you back.
They didn't call back.
I decided not to give a damn about the warranty, but not to deal with the Aster service. Nerves and time are more expensive to me than guarantees.
