We have visited astana and made a booking in this hotel through booking.com , when we visited this hotel we are informed by the management that we have made a hostel Booking where no restroom is available but while made a booking we have ensured it has restroom. The receptionist has been rude to us , and she offered another room with 12000 tenge surcharge . This is totally unfair and not acceptable.

We had a rest in this hotel with the whole family — we were very satisfied! Spacious and cozy family apartments, everything is clean and thought out to the smallest detail. I especially liked the sauna, which is ideal to relax after a long journey. Special thanks to the Zhumagul administrator for her kindness and attention — she always helped and answered all questions. It felt like real hospitality! We will definitely come again.

We stayed for three nights, the first thing to note is the VERY affordable price. The staff is friendly, very nice girls work. The room is comfortable, it's warm in winter. The food offered by the hotel is very tasty! Definitely recommend it!! The only thing that can be improved is to leave the shower appliances in the room immediately and wash the floor better (it was slightly dusty) thank you!
