We have visited astana and made a booking in this hotel through booking.com , when we visited this hotel we are informed by the management that we have made a hostel Booking where no restroom is available but while made a booking we have ensured it has restroom. The receptionist has been rude to us , and she offered another room with 12000 tenge surcharge . This is totally unfair and not acceptable.

We had a rest in this hotel with the whole family — we were very satisfied! Spacious and cozy family apartments, everything is clean and thought out to the smallest detail. I especially liked the sauna, which is ideal to relax after a long journey. Special thanks to the Zhumagul administrator for her kindness and attention — she always helped and answered all questions. It felt like real hospitality! We will definitely come again.

We stayed for three nights, the first thing to note is the VERY affordable price. The staff is friendly, very nice girls work. The room is comfortable, it's warm in winter. The food offered by the hotel is very tasty! Definitely recommend it!! The only thing that can be improved is to leave the shower appliances in the room immediately and wash the floor better (it was slightly dusty) thank you!

And despite this, the management, knowing about the early check-in, knowing that there would be three people, did not bother to check - not just the bed linen, but at least the availability of a blanket and pillow for the third guest. But no, there was no blanket, pillow, or linen. And we really wanted to sleep, we were waiting for these things before lunch, we had to cover ourselves with anything, but it was already autumn and it was quite cool in the room🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️ Communication with the reception through a whatsapp number, on which it is not clear at all whether someone sees your messages or not? One of the advantages is delicious breakfasts. Which, unfortunately, became less and less tasty every day.

We were there for a couple of days in May of the 23rd year. Despite the fact that the hotel is in the private sector and the public transport stop is far away, the hotel itself is good. We lived on the third floor in a two-room suite. Clean, tidy, quiet. The water pressure is weak, you will not be able to wash quickly. There were breakfasts, not a buffet (scrambled eggs, tea, sandwich). I communicated only with the administrator, the attitude is restrained, but ordering a taxi, even several cars, is no problem. Where, how, and why were they prompted. They placed money, although they gave an old sample, which is no longer in use. It's good that they took these bills to the coffee shop, to the numismatist's collection (the bills were in good condition)

Astina. The hotel is not a large three-storey one, it clearly claims to be 3 stars. It is located in the outskirts of Astana. The room has a TV, a large double bed, many lockers, a sofa and a table with two chairs. Quite a decent toilet with a bathtub, a set of towels, bathrobes, a hairdryer, even disposable toothbrushes and shampoos. There are "disinfected" papers on the toilet, bathroom and sink. The linen is clean and white. There is even one pair of disposable white slippers! The room itself is large, the interior is not shabby. Although they write everywhere that the hotel is non-smoking, we got a smoky room. The hotel has its own small cafe, which serves dishes and is served by the same hotel administrator. Excellent Wi-Fi signal. Everything seemed to start well... The first bell rang when it turned out that the TV was not working, then in the cafe the administrator added 10% "for service" to the bill, to my puzzled question, she answered, they say I have to earn, while there is no service fee in the menu. It turned out that it was not possible to wash in the shower, the water is cold, then boiling water. In the morning, the walls turned out to be so thick that you can hear what is being said in the next room. When the neighbors slammed the doors, ours, for some reason, also shook. In the next room, they smoked so much that they were drawn down the corridor, but the administration did not react. And in general, not a bad hotel in a quiet place, not expensive, we spent two nights.

I got sick, sweated with a fever, stained my underwear with hair dye (I dyed my wet head) and then ran around in a panic, looking for a stain remover so as not to pay a horse fine. As for the water, this is generally a separate song - the faucet in one position gives out warm, then boiling water, followed by ice water. You can only take a bath. A small bathtub. Almost sedentary. There was no faucet in the bathroom, just a shower, I stepped on it with my foot to press it down a little, because the jet was pouring up when trying to pour the bathroom, the shower thread crunched sharply under my foot. Fortunately, there is also a FixPrice in Kazakhstan - I had to buy a shower harness there to avoid the same penalties. We came here on a business trip. Our colleagues have a double room with 2 beds, a sofa, a large bathroom, we got a double bed for the same money, a much smaller room, a small bathtub. The room we were offered in return was even smaller and worse than ours. Pay the same - which is a big question. I definitely do not recommend it
