We stayed for a day to walk around Astana before departure. Friendly, courteous staff. For this money, the service is excellent. Only the hostel is cheaper. The cafe at the hotel has very tasty food. Large portions. I had a chance to try pilaf, manti, lagman. Meals can be ordered in the room. The bathroom in the room, bathtub, toilet and sink are clean. For two, one set of towels and one set of shampoo/shower gel. The flat-screen TV was working. The sleeping place is a bit harsh, but it's not critical. Among the disadvantages: the pillows are liquid, smoking is allowed in the rooms, so there is an appropriate smell, as well as poor sound insulation.

Of the cons: lack of sound insulation, room 302 requires repair and renovation (doors, furniture, floor, bathroom in terrible condition), I think the whole floor is in such a state. Nice hotel, clean, there is always food in the cafe. The prices are reasonable. There is no refrigerator or kettle in the room, but you can ask for it, they gave it to me. During your stay, no one comes into your room, you can vacate the room in the afternoon, I vacated at five in the evening. The only thing that bothers is far from the city center. The bus stop is not very far away, but you have to pay with a card.
