Of all the hotels in Udine where I was lucky enough to visit, this one is the most cozy and stylish. Everything is good here, and especially the location in the very center. Parking near the entrance may be occupied, but a little further away, on the square, there will be a place (it is not very convenient to use the hotel garage, and it is expensive - 20 Euros per night)
