They called and told me to pick up the kitchen and pay, but unfortunately one bar is not ready, you will pick it up in 2 days. As a result, she was not there even after 5 days. They didn't deign to solve this issue in any way, they said they would call back, and as a result, silence, on the phone, the girl simply shifted responsibility from one employee to another. Thanks to the collectors, who did everything themselves and solved this issue, informing us that such situations are not uncommon for them. The kitchen was given away, the warehouse was vacated, the money was received, and the fact that one small but equally important bar is missing does not seem to bother them much. Therefore, the advice is that it is necessary to pick up only when fully equipped, without listening to them, we will deliver them in a couple of days.
