The disadvantage is due to drivers and dispatchers in Moscow.. They're not friendly, and they don't spell their last name correctly. I have to run to the attendant. It's both time and nerves. And another question: why do you need to pay extra for a small bag or backpack?
You need to be kinder and friendlier.

The attitude towards customers is disgusting. We booked a ticket from Moscow, one time was agreed, in reality the bus left 30 minutes earlier, it's good that the drivers got into the situation and waited for the girl no longer at the bus station. Today I called to book a place from Moscow, they did not get through to Russian numbers in Moscow, in response they were rude and dropped the call.
