The disadvantage is due to drivers and dispatchers in Moscow.. They're not friendly, and they don't spell their last name correctly. I have to run to the attendant. It's both time and nerves. And another question: why do you need to pay extra for a small bag or backpack? You need to be kinder and friendlier. Then everyone will be both pleased and comfortable.

The attitude towards customers is disgusting. We booked a ticket from Moscow, one time was agreed, in reality the bus left 30 minutes earlier, it's good that the drivers got into the situation and waited for the girl no longer at the bus station. Today I called to book a place from Moscow, they did not get through to Russian numbers in Moscow, in response they were rude and dropped the call. You work in the service sector and be kind enough to communicate politely, eh, your job!!!

Astroturf is a capital. A very brazen blonde secretary. She points out what to do and how to do it, meddles in her own business, and she couldn't even get through to her director. But a very understanding employee in room 111, who got into the situation and refunded the money for the ticket because the bus broke down and we were not brought to our destination. I do not recommend this company at all!!!

good day! Today I was driving from Moscow to Vitebsk and I didn't like the attitude towards people! The bus from Moscow did not leave at 21:00, as it should, but at 21:37, the hair dryer, the stove did not work, everyone froze until they reached Vitebsk, then the transmission broke down, they did not take them to the point, they dropped them off near McDonald's, the drivers had nothing to do with it, the owner himself is to blame for sending on such a cattle truck!

Disgusting company . The current state of transport is normal, but customer orientation is zero. Moscow Time-Vitebsk- Moscow Time - periodically forget their passengers at bus stops. I have never seen passengers catching up with a bus in a taxi , because they did not wait for them. I advise you to consider this company as an extreme option , because you may not get there .

I was traveling on the Vitebsk-Moscow route. A double-decker bus was brought in. The chairs are as good as new, recline, comfortable. The driver is friendly and cheerful. We made two stops at gas stations. I liked the fact that we stayed where the toilets were clean, decent and free. Unfortunately, this is not always the case with such transportation, but here we were pleasantly surprised. And you could buy food there, the food looked quite decent. But I don't want to eat at night :). There was tea and coffee on the bus itself. Even blankets were provided. Thank you for a comfortable ride!

A disgusting trip from Moscow to Vitebsk, uncomfortable seats, when fully boarding the bus there is simply nothing to breathe, everything is fogged up, condensation has gathered and dripped on your head all the way, it is very stuffy, the air conditioner did not work, just torture, in such an atmosphere you will definitely get sick with something. Stops near shallows for truckers with paid and dirty toilets. Shame on the carrier, not a bus, but a cattle truck, so people were transported to concentration camps, and here the trip is on a commercial basis, people actually pay you money for it
