To be honest, I don't understand where the rave reviews about this company came from. I ran into specific scammers and boors. They tried to dump me for 7600 RUB. I bought a lock from them at the Ozon site. Instead of a lock, they sent a metal bar with a logo in a box. The process of returning this junk was a separate story. The company's employees conducted correspondence in a frankly boorish and mocking style. Ozon returned the money after 1.5 months, only realizing that they were facing a lawsuit with a fine totaling 244,000 RUB. I do not know how Ozon dealt with Asvik Home later.
