Nice houses . Not like square boxes made of bad materials for a lot of money in Moscow . They stand far from each other . High ceilings ( about 3 meters ) , even a tall man does not reach the top shelf of the closet . The layout is excellent, there is a wardrobe-pantry. But there are disadvantages. In one of the rooms, the windows are poorly installed , there is a gap from which air blows . The wall in the storeroom is cracked (the foundation has been played) It's not critical, but it still hurts my eyes. The balcony is very cold , in a special room where they put an air conditioner there is a grate from which it blows , it was necessary to make a grate that was closed manually . But despite the disadvantages, this is a very nice apartment.
