We stayed at the hotel in November 2025. The hotel is small and cozy. There are Russian-speaking staff. The hotel is very conveniently located. About 25 minutes from the airport, 5 minutes on foot to the beach, close to shops with everything you need, a weekend market - 2 minutes, restaurants and cafes, a pharmacy, a bus stop 5 minutes ... it's a 20-minute drive to the nearest large shopping center. It takes about 30-35 minutes to get to the old town by bus. The beach is pebbly, you need aquasocks for comfortable movement) the sea is clean, the promenade is gorgeous. So, about the hotel, there are two pools on the territory, one for adults and one for children. In November, the season was already closed, so there was no swimming there. There are fruit trees on the territory: lime, lemon, pomegranate. They look bright and beautiful) The outdoor part of the dining room is located under citrus trees. The hotel itself is clean, and there are pleasant perfumes on the floors. The rooms are small, but everything you need is available. Cupboards, hangers, bedside tables, air conditioning, refrigerator (well-cooling), a couple of glasses, mirrors, TV with Russian channels... on the loggia there is an ashtray, a table and chairs. The white bed linen is of good quality, without spools and stains. There are no USB sockets, so bring an adapter with you. Towels are large/medium/ for feet, disposable slippers, a hairdryer (blows well), shower gel and soap in a dispenser, toilet paper - it's all there. The water pressure is excellent and the water is hot. This is a huge plus. Every day they bring drinking water - 2 bottles of 0.5. Wi-Fi is excellent throughout the property and in the room. This is a huge plus! On the ground floor there are vending machines where you can buy necessary things and snacks, drinks. Alcoholic beverages can also be purchased, and there are refrigerators in the dining room and in the bar. The bar is a separate place where you can sit, relax, play chess or checkers. Beach towels are provided at the reception. Guided tours can also be arranged through the reception. Laundry can be done for an additional fee. The dining room is clean and cozy. Background music is playing. The breakfasts are monotonous. You'll eat the same thing all day, and that's a minus. You can ask the cook to make an omelet or an icing. Breakfast is served from 8 to 10. Tea and coffee are available around the clock. There is a Turkish coffee machine and Turkish coffee itself. Lunch and dinner can be ordered at the hotel for an additional fee. You just need to inform the reception in advance. Many thanks to the team for the cleanliness, comfort and care! And we wish you further development!

February 27
They were at the end of February 2026. It seemed that they were alone in the hotel, they arrived at the hotel after a night flight, the room was VERY DUSTY, considering that they were very tired and just wanted to sleep, I had to wipe everything quickly myself. It felt like their friends and relatives went to breakfast, because they came from outside, every time there was an unbearable hum from their loud conversations, I wanted to leave as soon as possible, the photo shows everything that was at breakfast, on one of the days there were only 2 plates on the tables for us in film, we had breakfast in another place. The room is very old, towels are not changed, gels and shampoos are not brought, only water is brought. I am 170 cm tall and normal. body type, it was cramped to wash in the shower. Of the advantages: the embankment is 5 minutes away, grocery stores and cafes are nearby, they paid 23 thousand rubles for 7 nights.

We were here in December of the 25th year. I liked the hotel, it's small, but compact and cozy...Everything you need is available! The hotel staff is friendly, the hotel's staff speaks Russian well, they are very attentive and friendly! The hotel itself is well located, 3-5 minutes from the sea.in a ramshackle place, near the Shok store..there is a bus stop nearby, and a large number of coffee shops and restaurants, banks and currency exchanges. I recommend it!
