If you are walking along the embankment, I recommend visiting the museum dedicated to one of Turkey's most revered leaders, Mustafa Kemal Ataturk. The exhibition is located on 2 floors. There is a lot of textual information, the entourage of rooms, clothes, household items are presented. Admission to the museum is free. A great example of fostering a love of history and country.

The first president, Ataturk, is highly revered in Turkey. The children know his biography by heart, and his images are everywhere. Once in Izmir, next to his museum, we decided to stop by. It was very nice that the entrance to the museum is free. This is the house museum where Mustafa Kemal Ataturk was born. The furnishings of his family's rooms and his personal belongings have been preserved here. At the same time, there were Turkish schoolchildren at the museum who had a lesson there.

The museum is very dear to Turks, due to the fact that it was Ataturk who ensured the independence and identity of Turkey, his portraits are everywhere on the streets of cities, educated by European standards, responsible for his people, a leader, it is interesting to touch this part of their history. There is no information in Russian, Turkish and English, admission is free, why not take a look at this museum while walking along Izmir's waterfront on a hot day? Then continue walking through the bazaar, a walking area in the center of Izmir? I recommend you to visit!
