It becomes a cool break point especially in summer. + Tea prices are affordable, it is a great advantage that it belongs to the municipality. + It gets quiet, especially at certain hours, it's a nice place to sit and chat with friends. + The fact that it is very close to areas such as AKM, museum, cinema increases its attractiveness. - Tea service is very slow, employees can be uninterested. It is necessary to go up to them for ordering. - The tables are too frequent and bottomless, it's difficult to sit comfortably and chat. – There are serious deficiencies in cleanliness and hygiene. Some tables are left dirty. - Security is insufficient, disturbing groups may come across, especially in the evening. - The toilets are either closed or in disrepair, and access is also difficult. – Although it is located in the city center, there are not enough social areas or activity options for young people.
