Here, this is perceived with hostility, the online customer here is equated to a pest who only creates problems with his orders, instead of buying himself offline and spreading the covid by creating queues. And how to buy offline in this small store with a stroller is generally an impossible task, and so you can't drive, but how else to roll a cart... The desire to make online orders in this store is discouraged, and in general we try to go to others. In the same Silpo, they almost kiss you for an online order.
