One drawback or flaw is that at the cash desks they give away the goods, throwing them like cattle on all sides. All the packing bags are flying in the wake. There is no reaction to the (repeated) comments. This , they say, is what the administration requires. THE MAIN THING is not the QUALITY of service, but SPEED.
