My experience of ordering goods through the website turned out to be unsuccessful. I contacted the store by phone. 06***3090 to pre-order the Insta360 X camera at a price of 9049 lei. It was said that the product would appear in a day. When I came to pay for the order, the price was already 11099 lei. On the spot, they could not explain to me the reason for the change in value, and they offered to issue a new reserve at an increased price. I would like employees to provide more transparent explanations on price changes in such situations. I think this would help to avoid misunderstandings among customers.

Why are you deleting honest reviews?????Your huge problem is customer focus!!!I bought a 14000 lei dryer from you, the warranty was written for 2 years exactly 2 years later it broke, I turned to the attechno service, to which I was told this technique happens, I asked to fix it for money, unwillingness to help is generally indifferent.I wrote to the Samsung website and was told that this model has a 3-year warranty!!!!!!3!!!!!the master came and did it for free, they have nothing to do with attechno!!!This was the first sad case....but I also bought an air dehumidifier there. Here I returned the product with a scandal. I do not recommend this store to anyone!!!!
