Terrible quality of work and the same terrible attitude towards clients. They brought a baby boat to insert a button. 1. The owner of the atelier announced the amount of 5 rubles. As a result, the repairman charged his wife 10 rubles!!When the body itself costs 15 rubles. 2. The button was made terribly poorly: it almost came off after 3 openings. I attach the photo and for this they asked for 10 rubles!! 3. When I came and showed them the work, they began to be indignant, they returned the money in half, but did not take the button. After that, the hostess also wrote to Viber to return the button to them. Funny. 4. The receipt was not issued after the service was provided. I ask the regulatory authorities to pay special attention to this. 5. The hostess is boorish, instead of apologizing, she also tried to make us guilty!)) In general, don 't set foot in this studio anymore!!
