I strongly advise against contacting this hotel. They gave a fur coat for repair, the shoulder split at the seam. The quality of the repair is terrible. That the seam on the fur, that on the lining is terribly rough, a child would do better. I regret that I did not examine the inside of the lining on the spot and only saw at home how it was all sewn.
