This is not an "Elite", this is an irresponsible attitude to work. Take a tiny order, hold it for a week and then, when the customer came on the agreed day, say that it takes two more days... We DON'T NEED customers here! THEY DON'T WANT TO WORK HERE!!!!!!!!!
