The masters offered 2 solutions to the problem, either completely replace the sleeve, or repair the gust.. I chose the second option.. Just a couple of days later, the jacket was ready.. To my surprise, the gap was almost invisible, even to me, who knew where it was.. Thank you for saving something dear to me, and also for making a discount as a regular customer..

I have been sewing and repairing clothes in this atelier for many years. Professionalism and customer relations are always at the highest level. They are always responsive to wishes and at the same time, all the good things are struck by people who behave defiantly towards the employees of the atelier. I recently witnessed such a scene. The girls literally provoked the staff of the atelier to a scandal. I am delighted with the delicacy of the administration, which, in spite of everything, does not react to this and does its job just as well. I wish you patience.

On Monday, I brought two shorts, they said they would do it on Friday by 11:00.
I arrived on Friday at 11:30 (as I was asked to come a little later). To which the man at the entrance answers me that they have not made an order, come tomorrow. Despite the fact that when paying for the order on Monday, the moment was discussed that I need the shorts ready on Friday, since I need to leave on Saturday. A seamstress came out and asked to wait until 15:00. I've already agreed at least for a while. At the same time, the man began to have a conversation with me so that I would get into their position, because they do not have time with orders. I replied that I was not going to wait here until they closed, to which the man got out of his mind, threw my shorts on the table, took out the money and threw it in my direction.
I just humanly asked them to finish their work, because earlier on Monday we agreed and the check was paid (I had to persuade the man three times)
The conclusion is as follows: it is most unpleasant that the work was not completed at all at the specified time, so also the man and the young girl communicated in raised tones
Customer focus is just at zero.
But the seamstress girl did a good job, she did her job normally.
But the attitude towards customers wants the best.
