We booked a room from August 1st to 2nd, for 42 euros, mistakenly specifying the date. We paid for it. Immediately, they immediately asked to change the date from August 2 to August 3. The hotel offered to pay 50 euros for changing the date! Then they said on the phone that they would try to talk to the owner. As a result, I arrived on August 2, I had to pay 40 euros again. They gave me a room with trash in a bucket, dirty floors and a layer of dust on the shelves, and hair everywhere. I had to go to the administrator to figure it out. They were given another room and compensation of 10 euros. Nothing was returned for the previous erroneous reservation. Although they were told immediately - a mistake. Bad. I'm coming for the second time. Everything was fine the first time. The price for changing the reservation is higher than the price for the room - what kind of rules are these. Dirt, the lighting is ugly in the room.
