Hello. Let's start with the patient. ATLANT refrigerators are no longer the same. A QUIET HORROR. There are 2 top-end devices, one has a compressor that died at 2 years of life, the other at 3. And now for the good. The warranty repair was completed on the same day and at a convenient time for me (August 25, 2025) Personal thanks to Comrade Nareikov. A worthy professional, there are few such people now. The compressor was replaced in just 30 minutes, everything was done very competently, quickly and as accurately as possible. The refrigerator is working fine. I recommend the services of this organization with 2 hands!!!

Professionals are probably good. But the service leaves much to be desired. Other masters are insulted, but they themselves violate all the rules. I bought a spare part, sold it without packaging, without any passport or instructions, there is no receipt or warranty. I wanted to refuse, but I need a spare part.... If it is possible to do without them, then I would not recommend it. Plus, the price tag is higher than in other workshops. I hoped that this was the Atlant service center, but by and large some kind of left-hand workshop. If it is otherwise, then the credibility of the entire brand is simply lost.
