It was the first time I serviced my car at this car center, and to say that I liked it there is an understatement. Just wonderful!! And the approach to customers, and the exceptional benevolence to visitors, and the willingness to answer all questions, and of course the quality of service — everything is excellent!👌 They made a real candy out of my very old car!! Now come and be served — only here! Only to professionals in their field! Applying for an insurance hard hat, repairing and repainting the front passenger door and front bumper. When I arrived at the car's acceptance, it was covered in dust, and the door being repaired inside was covered with some kind of white coating. The mats on the driver's seat were also covered in dust. The master receiver removed the plaque from the repaired door in front of me. And I couldn't answer why it wasn't done before my arrival. He also said that the car was washed after repairs, but by my arrival there was no trace of this car wash. He explained this by saying that there is a construction site nearby and all the dust is from there. So what's the point of washing your car if it gets dirty again in your parking lot in a day? Although I brought the car to the service myself, it was clean and I hoped that at least the interior would be in the same condition upon return. In addition, when examining the underground space, I found a plastic broken off part, very similar to some kind of fasteners. The master assured me that it wasn't from my car. Then the question is, how did she get there? Regarding the work done, I can only say that the door and bumper were painted, but how can I objectively assess the quality if the car was shown to me under a layer of dust
