I can't say anything about the competence of employees in terms of consulting. I have not encountered it. But as for the attitude towards the candidates - such a thing(. They did not respond to emails in the mail. When I arrived directly at their office on Olshevsky Street and left the documents in the file to the HR department, I asked for feedback. I received an affirmative answer. I'm expecting two months. I understand that they may not be required to respond to the census. But after personal communication, it's not ethical...

Unfortunately, there were bad impressions about the company.
The list of candidates lasted for six months. All this time, they were fed breakfast and stalling for time. Which initially indicates an illiterate approach to work.
When applying for a job, a contract is necessarily concluded for several years, which the employee has no chance of breaking off in a good way, as is often the case in other normal modern IT companies. If you are offered another higher-paying job in another company or some other situations arise and you need to leave, they will not let you go from here, referring to the contract and will not make any other counter-offers.
One of the advantages is the team.
The work also involves frequent and long business trips. These are mostly business trips around Belarus and they can be warned about unexpectedly and at the wrong time.
She worked for the company for 1.5 years.

AtlantConsult made me an offer, and then 2 days before going to work, he leaked me.
I was in this company for interviews for the position of IT Sales in December 2019, the first interview was with hr, everything was fine there, no complaints, then there was an interview with my future supervisor, hr was also present, everything was fine, we talked, checked my English, said they would contact me after the New Year. As a result, on January 3, 2020, they called me, congratulated me, said that they were making a job offer and sent an offer by mail. The amount of payment was lower than agreed, but come on, at that time I had 3 job offers (including AtlantConsult) and after thinking about it, I chose them, contacted hr, said that I accept the offer, they sent me documents to fill out (a questionnaire, an autobiography and a form for issuing a card in and a list of what I should take with me on my first working day on January 13, 2020. On Thursday (January 9) at 18:00 hr calls me, says that it is very urgent to meet with the director tomorrow (January 10) at 12:00, the urgency was explained by the fact that the director is leaving, and they have a tradition in the company: the director holds a meeting with each new employee and wishes success on a new workplace, and if I do not meet with the director, I will be able to go to work only on the 17th, when he arrives.
Naturally, I agreed, and on Friday I came to the meeting, the director and another hr were at it, as a result, the director behaved provocatively at the interview, made insulting jokes (quote: So you think that you graduated from the Faculty of International Relations, worked a little and we will immediately allow you to sell and communicate with customers? Haha, you're all like that with FMO, “future diplomats”, “ILITA”, I know my brother studied there, Hahaha), then he asked me how I understand what my duties will be, I told him as I was told at previous interviews and as it was indicated in in the job description (I remind you I went to IT Sales), the director said that I had no idea at all what I would do, began to explain that this was not IT Sales, but rather a business development Specialist, what to sell SAP (as I was told at previous interviews) I will not, but I will conclude subcontracting agreements with European partners and in fact sell man-hours, not SAP), then he said that it seemed to him that I would not get along with the team and there was no guarantee that I would not leave them in 3 months or a year, and that this was a big reason for him to think (this is after the offer has already been made and after I filled out the documents for a second), he said that I would either be informed about his decision today or on Monday. In the evening of the same day, at 6 pm, another hr employee calls me and says that the director is withdrawing the offer, despite the fact that both the director and HR specialists knew that I had accepted their offer and had already refused two other companies.
That's the story, while it's worth admitting that hr apologized for what happened and offered help in further job search and throughout our communication they were as polite and behaved professionally as possible, which, unfortunately, I can't say about their director.
By the way, AtlantConsult is a part of HTP and when I got a job with them, I hoped that at least they would treat me as a person.
If necessary, I can provide screenshots of the offer and correspondence with hr.
