We were with a friend and a child near the checkout and wanted to resolve an issue since it was the child's birthday. He did absolutely nothing for us!!! I ask you to take action regarding such terrible behavior from this person!!!

Positive: different pools and slides. You can refill waterbottles and free drink water. Buses takes you from the parking to the aquaventure.
Negative: too expensive for what you get. Not worth the amount you pay. If you are a family of 5, you will pay 400$ just for entrance. In europe a place like this cost at most 150$. Long queues, 30 minute for slides. The food inside is way to expensive. 1 regular small ice cream for 15$. They say they give free watersocks but they are always finished especially for kids sizes and above 41. Locker room cost 12$. In other places is often free.
The staff is polite but they usually dont understand good english so you cant ask them for help except for easy questions.

Awesome but do yourself a favor and buy some water socks. It's so hot you cannot walk around without sandals. It's such a big park that it would be annoying to walk around with sandals anyway. But they overcharge a lot for water socks, and if you can avoid a locker do so. They charge a lot for that as well. If it wasn't so expensive I'd give 5 stars.

The best 5 star Hotel in Dubai to enjoy the family stay. Waterpark and lost chamber made my children’s days. The staff is the best one too who care guests and their mood. The view from hotel was just fine.

Awful experience. It is poses as biggest water park in the world. But nobody say it is crowded and you shoul stay 60 minutes or more line to shark slide and on the other slides about 30-40 minutes.

Cool Water Park! There are attractions for those who are afraid and for the brave.
One day is not enough to visit.
The territory is large, there are many slides for the youngest and adults, there are various cafes.
For the price : 4 hot dogs, 4 drinks and 1 large fries will cost you 9,000 rubles (January 2025), this is from the "cheaper" if.
Entrance per person is 9,500 rubles. The hotel also provided us with free admission, which we took advantage of.

There is a very steep slide in the tunnel with an aquarium, although the fish are not so clearly visible inside, but it is atmospheric.
The "lazy river" rafting is interesting, there is a waterfall, waves, and an imitation of a 2.5 km long mountain stream. For those who are afraid of any kind of attractions, this is the best place, for the rest it was also a thrill to swim along it.
Leap of faith, the steepest, vertical slide where you fly at breakneck speed and still have to catch up to see sharks and fish in the tunnel, they don't take everyone there, they can refuse the very thin ones.
In the center of the park, you can stand and watch the dolphins.
They also give out disposable "socks-slippers" that do not need to be removed and are convenient to walk around the park.
There is a storage room for valuables.
Deck chairs near the river, where you can leave shoes, towels, clothes and food (if you take water and fruits with you, for example).
I've never wanted to go to a water park, but it's definitely worth a visit!
You can go to Atlantis Beach, but you didn't like the beach at the hotel, there's nothing to do there.

A gorgeous water park, a sea of impressions and emotions. There are several areas purely for children. Children are allowed to climb many slides in adult areas (in towers) when they are over 120 cm tall. They check strictly, if the height is less than you ask, they won't let you in. Free bathing slippers are available in the guest service area.
Free bugs (mini buses) travel through the territory, it is very convenient to move around the zones, because the territory is large.
The prices, of course, are high, for two hot dogs and a milk cocktail I had to pay about 3 thousand rubles.
However, this did not spoil the overall impression.

A great place to relax. The administration has thought of everything for a safe and relaxing holiday. It's a small thing, but it's nice-they give you slippers for safe movement in the park. The attractions impress with their variety and strangeness. A nice bonus for those who cannot stand extremes is the beach on the bay shore, shady places to relax. And here there are beds, toilets, showers, umbrellas - everything is available. It's better to take your towel (!!), it's more expensive to rent it here than it costs in the store. The beach is spacious. He launched the child onto the slides, while he sunbathed and swam. There are three types of season tickets to choose from - just a visit without slides (I took it for myself), slides with a general queue and slides without a queue (I took it for my son). Both are satisfied! The slide with a tunnel through the shark pool is very impressive!

I visited the Atlantis Aquaventure water park in Dubai and was impressed. This place offers a variety of water attractions suitable for both thrill seekers and families with children.  
I especially remember the slides “Leap of Faith” and “Poseidon's Revenge", which provide an adrenaline rush. It is also worth noting “The Rapids” — a long lazy river with stormy rapids, which allows you to relax and enjoy the surroundings. 
The territory of the water park is well maintained, with many areas for recreation and meals. The staff is polite and ready to help if necessary. There may be queues for popular attractions, especially during peak hours, but overall the organization is at a high level.

You need to register on the website, but you can only buy a discounted ticket at the ticket office. It's free for named people, 20% discount for 2 friends. Valid for 6 days before and 6 days after the birthday. You can get to the water park by metro. We were getting to Al Khail station. From there, take a taxi for 33 dirhams. On the monorail, it will cost about 30 dirhams just for one. There are different categories of tickets, but they come out more expensive. It's easy to get back from the water park by taxi, but they charge 12 instead of 6 for boarding, as they do everywhere else. I definitely recommend the water park. Just come early. The water park is large, clean, there are places to eat, but it is expensive(. There are enough slides, interesting, some have huge queues (we stood on one for an hour), others are free or fast. In order not to stand in queues, you can buy a VIP pass for all the slides, and you will be allowed to pass without queuing. There is access to the beach with sun beds, it is convenient to sunbathe. If you're going to go there, don't forget to take it with you:
- Towel (you can rent it there, but the price is space)
- waterproof phone case (the price for it there is like a wing from an airplane🙂)
This is the most basic thing.
‼️Now life hack: if it's your birthday, take your passport with you, go to the cashier, tell them that you have a passport, show them your passport, they will give you a link to register, you specify everything, confirm it, show it to the cashier and he gives you a ticket for FREE + there are some discounts for something else😉. What I didn't like very much:
- the water park does not work until late, but like all beaches in Dubai. Closer to closing, there will be a lot of people and a queue for taxis will form. You can use the monorail, the station is 2 steps away.
- it is expensive to eat and buy something at the water park store
- the entrance price is too high
In general, for the sake of variety and if you have extra money, you can go, but as for me, he wants this money for the entrance per person (about 10,000 rubles), it's not worth it.

I really liked the water park, we bought up, rolled down the slides, what a steep lazy river, I was ready to spend the whole day on it! There is a nice beach nearby, we also had a swim there, it is very clean and beautiful. We will definitely come again!!!
