Great condo, nice pool, - was! The existing cleaning system does not function, so some mobile installations are periodically connected, and reagents (possibly salt) are scattered from bags with their hands, piles lie on the bottom until natural dissolution. The jacuzzi is faulty, at best it works in one place, drastic measures to restore and bring it into working condition have not been taken for years, in other respects, as well as on the green coating around the pool, once beautiful and pleasant for the feet. As for the children's pool area, this is a separate topic, from which only the name remains ... Can the owners somehow influence the maintenance of common areas? I don't know! But, unfortunately, every year our beloved Atlantis is decaying exponentially, and the rental price is only increasing...
