The location of the Atlantis Condo is very convenient, a five-minute walk to the beach.There are several unlimited seafood buffets nearby.There is a 7/11 store in the Condo. The Lighthouse night market is a five-minute walk away. The condo itself is not "fresh", but well maintained, the pool is very nice, clean and large.My wife and I have repeatedly rented apartments there during our holidays, but we need to clarify the condition of the apartments when booking.I recommend this condo.

An excellent condo, a large swimming pool with a children's area, waterfalls and a Jacuzzi, there is a 7/11 shop, a massage parlor, a gym for free on the Condo card, an observation deck on the roof, 400 meters from the sea, the area is quiet, there are many places nearby where you can have a delicious meal and an unlimited Buffet for 399 baht is not far away. We had a two-bedroom apartment in building A overlooking the pool, with a good landlord who provides all the appliances and utensils.

The complex is old, dead. It is not close to the sea, 600 m. One of the advantages is a large swimming pool, but there are mostly a lot of people there. There is a cafe across the street- Russian cuisine, you can eat borscht for 300 baht. There is also a good massage parlor nearby.

If you are being robbed in this Condo (like us), the administration will say that the video surveillance system is malfunctioning and the cameras were not working at that moment. Although the camera is located directly at the door, it is of zero use. The second segment is a music festival on March 14th and 15th. We let our friends into the territory, the parking lot is all occupied. Residents have nowhere to park their car. Just so you know, within a 3-km radius, everything is packed with cars coming to the festival. We've been driving in circles for an hour now. Thai friends who don't live in a condo are relaxing at a concert, and the residents can't leave their car.

When you check into the elevator, you are greeted by an impressive list of prohibitions and fines, which allows the staff to cling to any little thing, for example, the pool keepers will not like the color of your child's T-shirt, and will be threatened with court. The aquazone only in the photo is so beautiful, in fact the bucket does not work, the ship is decorative (only go up and down, there are no slides from it, unlike 7 Seas), the Jacuzzi does not work, and the territory as a whole is tired. The pool is supposedly open only from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., but in fact the children started squealing in the water from 7 a.m., and funny companies splashed around at night. Loud music was also playing at midnight, vacationers were "culturally" sitting on the balconies with cigarettes, in short, screeching and non-stop fun. Since the layout of the houses is a "well", every sound is echoed, it is impossible to sleep without earplugs. The second point is insects. That's horrible. The first night I didn't close the window, because we are used to the sea with the windows open, and it seems to be the 8th floor. The next morning, I counted 60 on the child's body! mosquito bites. Then I was told that you need to live here with fumigators (at least two or three) and closed windows. I was hitting some flying creature with a slipper in the room, and I was throwing something like a bug off the drying laundry on the balcony. The last straw was when a cockroach crawled out of the microwave in which I was heating the food. It's not my first time in Thailand, and after any food and fruit, I immediately take the trash outside, it didn't help here. After that, I went to look for a hotel to move to. Advantages? The elevators were working well, the water pressure was normal, there was hot water, and the location was convenient for transportation. There is a pedestrian crosswalk across the street from the condo entrance. There is a street nearby with a variety of food, including Russian, on the territory of 7/11. It's not far from the sea, but it's no use - we couldn't swim on Jomtien. Due to some selectively unfair treatment of vacationers, the incessant noise and the presence of all possible wildlife in the apartments, I will not recommend this Condo to anyone.
