We have been vacationing in this condo for the second year. I like everything very much. A green well-groomed area. The saltwater pool is open from 9 to 21. Good location. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby. There is a 7/9 store in the condo. We went for a massage in the condo, we liked everything very much. There is a gym in Building E on the top floor.

A simple budget Condo. It is inhabited by no more than a third. There is sometimes a sewer smell in the corridors due to non-residential apartments. There is no mosquito repellent treatment on the premises, so it is uncomfortable outside or on the balcony in the evening. The pool is very large, although shallow (max 1.2 m), but it is difficult for employees to keep it clean. Periodically, something goes wrong and the water turns into a swamp in a couple of days. In general, you can come on vacation. There is a 7/11 store on the exterior facade, and in the evening a pickup truck with fruits and a tricycle with pancakes arrives. It's a 7-minute walk to the beach. Book an apartment so that the Windows overlook the courtyard, the pool with a waterfall, because a large construction project has begun next door, and the waterfall drowns out man-made noise well.

I do not recommend this apartment. It is stated that the apartment has 4 beds, in fact one double bed, one miniature old sofa, rather a sofa and a mattress on the floor, where lizards and ants run at night. The apartment itself is dirty, old, linen, towel washed, of an incomprehensible color. All household appliances are in terrible condition, the sockets are loose.There is no hot water, insects are constantly crawling in the sink and in the toilet, especially ants in large numbers. The smell is terrible, be prepared to inhale the smells from those who went to the toilet from other apartments. We came to this apartment only to sleep, washed in another place. The owner still charged a lot of money for the communal apartment. The owner himself is untidy, he smells so much from his mouth that it is impossible to breathe. It is unclear why he asks to bring Russian products and some pills. Naturally at your expense. I am attaching a photo

It looks beautiful! A large swimming pool instead of a sidewalk, unusual for a first-time visitor to Pattaya. The devices where we lived leave much to be desired, perhaps in others it is more comfortable. A rotten casing from below, through which the smallest ants and even small geckos run. We didn't bother much with cleaning our apartment, I doubt that wet cleaning was ever carried out at all, at least I personally, after washing the floor, poured out a bucket of dirty water. It seems that everything is necessary, but everything is dirty wildly. Well, everyone has their own, actually, no one expected super cleanliness, but this is too much. The pool doesn't shine either, it pours in every morning, something like chlorine, in this heat, it's clear that you climb into this pool, then wash off. In general, it didn't go well for us. There is a good massage parlor nearby, a Russian cafe, and you can walk to the night market. That's all.

Not a bad condo. Nice, clean pool, the only negative is that there is practically no sun on the pool. It is located next to the night market, where you can have a delicious meal. The condo has a 7/11, which also has its advantages

It is not expensive, the condominium is built around and inside the pools, because of this it will be cool during the day and there is shade. There are children's slides, the pools are clean enough. It's not new, so there are jambs and scuffs. A tuk tuk stops nearby in the direction of the center. There are 7 towers in the same building. There is no breakfast, cleaning, reception. I got a little tense with the check-in.

Not bad. It's convenient, there's an embankment nearby, right at the 7/8 entrance, there are good pools, but probably the buildings that face the sun directly are a bit hot in those apartments. It's quite far from the center. On a tuk-tuk for 15 minutes.
