If Dubai, then only the Atlantis Hotel!!!This is the best one...verified (we have been to Riksos and others before him.The beauty and luxury here are extraordinary.The largest water park is attached to it.Admission is $ 400, and for us it is free.The buffet in the morning until 11 a.m. and in the evening from 6 p.m. is the richest.However, there are three disadvantages: the pool is cold and deep, it is impossible for children without adults, the sea is completely boring, there are almost no oxen and it is difficult to find free ones and a children's club only for children from 4-5 years old and categorically unaccompanied by adults (they say there are their own educators!)It didn't suit us.And the rest is great!

Chic interiors , views, cleaning . Availability of the water park. But for a huge number of people (just huge, without exaggeration). Two shallow pools with a maximum depth of 1.50. Like herrings in a barrel without division into children's ((( children play ball in these pools, in a plate and it's all the same to everyone that it's right over the heads of other people! This is a huge minus! The same thing happens in the dining room, everything is right next to each other, children are running and screaming everywhere. A status hotel cannot make a separation of zones for adults and children . We won't come back anymore

On the palm tree, the Atlantis Hotel is definitely one of the iconic places. We had a rest with our family, the service is good, the restaurants are decent, the water park is excellent considering that it is included in the price. Of the minuses, sometimes I had to wait in line at a restaurant. In general, it is very decent, even though the hotel has been for many years.

The room was clean, fresh.
We cleaned 2 times a day, morning and evening.
The staff is very responsive.
Everything is clean on the beach, there are few people because of the heat, as soon as you choose a sunbed, they already run to you with a towel and (attention)there is an employee walking along the beach who offers a sun protection cream with any spf🥹 (everything is free)
We are completely satisfied with the hotel and the rest!
The hotel fully justifies its prices.

We visited this hotel in January 2024, the hotel is very old, the service is disgusting, the water park is very worn out. And now in order: we had a late check-in, they greeted us with smiles, everything was fine, they put us in a room (as it turned out later, a room for people with disabilities), they offered a late dinner at the reception, so it was already the first hour of the night, they said everything for Free (as it turned out later, the whole banquet was at our expense)))) in a word, liars). In the morning we went to the reception to change the room, they said they would change the room without us, we went to the water park. Upon return, we were given cards from the new room and told that our things were already there (but this is ATLANTIS, THEIR CREDO TO DECEIVE WHERE I CAN), We came to the room, thank God the room is standard, but everything is old, even the TV remote does not have batteries, they began to call the guest service, after 10 minutes they brought batteries, and Our things are still missing. After three calls and an hour of waiting, our suitcases arrived at our place. (we were after the water park and we had to change clothes) it looks like their credo is to wait. We had breakfast and dinner included. (the food is ordinary as in a three-star hotel, alcoholic beverages for an additional fee). The room is cleaned perfectly, there are zero complaints. The only advantage of the hotel is a beautiful aquarium. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, I do not justify my five stars, so do not waste your time and money on it.

We were in the first year after the opening of the hotel. Young trees and shrubs did not create the comfort that mainland hotels were proud of. But a lot has changed over the years, except for the high level of service. Restaurants are beyond praise. They never understood why Osseano was given only one Michelin star, and brunch at Nobu is simply not real.
