The place is generally not bad. But for me, the interior is dark and the bed is very low, so I gave it 4 stars. The staff is excellent and hospitable. The price is very reasonable. The price-quality ratio is 5+.

A great hotel, I recommend everyone to visit it, polite and attentive staff, everything is as promised, the room has all the necessary amenities, I also want to note the pleasant price tag, to be honest, I expected the worst for this money, in general, if I am in Almaty, I will definitely check in here again, thank you for a comfortable stay!

The staff is polite, hospitable, the breakfasts are in the room, there is no kitchen, the food is imported, delicious. Coffee from the coffee machine, pleasant. The rooms are clean, the linen is good... the downside is that the mini-hotel is in the basement, which is slightly discouraging... I gave you a five for trying, the guys are playing with what they have.
